Ski technician in ski service.
A perfect ski makes for a perfect day. It grips when it counts, performs when it gets fast, and holds when others slide. That's exactly your job: You ensure that every setup works—precisely, cleanly, and perfectly.
Your tasks
- Ski service: grinding, waxing, edge sharpening
- Mounting & adjusting ski bindings
- Ski & snowboard repairs
- Quality control in ski rental
- Maintenance of all rental equipment
- Daily collection of service skis from external branches
You'll get that
- € 2,100 net/month, full-time

- Issuing & return of ski and snowboard equipment
- Advising guests & boot fitting for ski boots
- Adjusting ski bindings & safety checks
- Managing the cash desk & storage area
- Maintaining order and ensuring smooth operations

- Assisting with general housekeeping duties

- Shared responsibility for smooth operations

Yes. Accommodation is free for out-of-town employees – we will arrange this with you before the start of the season.
Is food included?
In winter, yes – catering is included daily during the season.

Do I need to have experience?
No. Relevant training is an advantage, but not a must – motivation and team spirit are more important. Career changers are expressly welcome here.

The winter season 2026/27 runs from late November to early May. Working hours are flexible by arrangement, usually 5–6 days a week.
