Norrona Lofoten Thermal Pro Hood Baselayer Men's Dark Blue

The lofoten Thermal Pro Hood for men is Norrona's most versatile ski/snowboard mid-layer.
The half-zip top is designed for freeriding but is also suitable for mountaineering, hiking, and general outdoor activities.
The lofoten Thermal Pro Hood is made from various Polartec® fibers to ensure optimal thermal performance and high comfort.
Norrona uses Polartec® Power Grid™ 186 h/m2 on the back, abdomen, under the arms, and in the hood, as it offers excellent, fast-drying, and moisture-wicking properties.
This patented grid structure reduces the fabric's weight while increasing its warmth and compressibility. The open channels around each grid segment allow for easy release of excess body heat that accumulates during activity.
The shoulders, neck, and upper sleeve are made from Polartec® Thermal Pro® 193 g/m2, which has an excellent warmth-to-weight ratio. This unique knitting technique creates air pockets that trap air and body heat, resulting in superior warmth performance relative to weight. These fabrics are not only very comfortable but also offer excellent breathability, dry quickly, and do not pill. Key features include a snug-fitting hood that fits under a helmet, a two-way half-zip front, a stash pocket, a chest pocket, and comfortable, elastic cuffs with thumbholes.
The side-mounted front zipper avoids overlapping zippers in layered looks. The lofoten Thermal Pro Hood from Norrona has a functional Y-cut fit with articulated arms for good freedom of movement and can be worn under bib pants.
