From when is shipping free?
Shipping to Austria and Germany is free for orders over €150. Click & Collect is always free, regardless of order value.
How long does delivery take?
1–3 business days in Austria and Germany, 3–5 business days in other EU countries. With express shipping 1–2 business days in Austria and Germany.
How do returns work?
You have 30 days from receipt of the goods. The return label for Austria and Germany is already included in your parcel.
Can I track my shipment?
Once your package has been shipped, you will receive an email with all shipping information and – if available – a tracking number.
Are there additional costs for international deliveries?
Not within the EU. For deliveries to non-EU countries, additional import and customs fees may apply, which are to be borne by the recipient.
