Norrona Lofoten Thermal Pro Hood Baselayer - Women's Pink

The women's lofoten Thermal Pro Hood is Norrona's most versatile midlayer for skiing/snowboarding.
This half-zip top is designed for freeriding, but also works well for mountaineering, trekking, and general outdoor activities.
The lofoten Thermal Pro Hood is made from various Polartec® fabrics to provide optimal thermal performance and high comfort.
Norrona uses Polartec® Power Grid™ on the back, stomach, under the arms, and in the hood, as it has excellent, fast-drying, and moisture-wicking properties.
This patented grid structure reduces fabric weight while increasing warmth and compressibility. The open channels around each grid segment allow for easy release of excess body heat that builds up during activity.
The shoulders, neck, and upper arm are made from Polartec® Thermal Pro® due to its excellent warmth-to-weight ratio. This unique knitting technique creates air pockets that trap air and retain body heat, resulting in superior thermal performance relative to weight. These fabrics are not only very comfortable but also offer excellent breathability, dry quickly, and resist pilling.
Key features include a snug hood that fits under a helmet, a two-way half-zip front, a stash pocket, a chest pocket, and comfortable, elastic cuffs with thumbholes. The side-mounted front zipper avoids overlapping zippers when layering. The lofoten Thermal Pro Hood has a functional fit with a Y-cut and articulated arms for good freedom of movement and can be worn under bibs.
