The FREERIDE 108 from VAN DEER - Red Bull Sports is a freeride ski for Big Mountain riders who are looking for "Big Lines" in any terrain. With a 108 mm waist, it is the widest and one of the most exciting skis that Marcel Hirscher has developed: Easy to control, light in the air, smooth at high speeds and with awesome float in deep powder – this ski is your "buddy" that will let you tear up the whole mountain. It surfs through waist-deep powder, ploughs through chopped-up snow, is super agile, responsive and capable of finding sufficient grip even on harder surfaces.
Tip & Tail Rocker are just as much a part of the construction as the typical VAN DEER - Red Bull Sports components: a poplar wood core, reinforced by double titanal and carbon layers, continuous ABS sidewalls, racing edges, a P-Tex race base, plus some other secret ingredients. And because for Marcel only "perfect" is good enough, the Freeride 108 also gets a real Race Room finish.
The ski is compatible with the PIVOT 12 GW B115 DIN 3.5-12 binding.
