The Mountain Studio Y-5 Hybrid Hardshell Pants Men brown

The men's Y-5 3L Hybrid Shell Bib Pant from The Mountain Studio is made for piste and backcountry. Here we have combined our new ALP-3 material technology with 20 grams of G-Loft insulation. The pants are as light and durable as a shell, but have minimal insulation, making them the perfect hybrid pants for every day in the mountains. The ALP-3 technology is a hydrophilic membrane with a very high water column of 30,000 mm and a water vapor permeability of 30,000 g/m2/24 hours. The three-layer stretch fabric made of nylon and spandex with PFC-free DWR impregnation is comfortable to wear and delivers top performance. The insulation consists of G-LOFT® evoX, a high-loft insulation with an extremely low weight of 20 g/m2 in a special next-generation 3D fiber structure. The Y-5 Bib Pant features an innovative 3D adjustable waistband construction with thin, flexible Dupont Sorona® insulation as a thermal barrier in the back waistband area, providing additional warmth and comfort to the lower back. The pants are equipped with numerous pockets, ventilation zippers, and 600 Denier Cordura reinforcement.
